The Human Capability Initiative (HCI) is the inaugural version of global cooperative platform designed to revolutionize the dialogue on human capabilities. Taking place over two dynamic days in Riyadh, under the theme of #FutureReadiness, this initiative aims to foster international collaboration and enrich the discourse on skills, the future of work, education, talent, and technology.

Themes:

  • 1. Unleashing Our Potential. Harnessing entire ecosystems to empower the full range of human potential and uplift capabilities for all.

    2. Catalyzing International Collaboration. Driving new conversations on shaping policy, collaboration, and public, private, and third sector partnerships and investment at the global level.

    3. Maximizing Resilience. Applying foresight to enhance human capability readiness for tomorrow’s world of exponential disruption, technological change and shifting economic realities.

Event Highlights:

  • Speakers: Over 60 sessions featuring 150+ speakers sharing insights and expertise.

  • Attendees: A diverse gathering of 6000+ participants from 50+ nationalities. Global leaders, policymakers, entrepreneurs, investors, and thought leaders from policy, corporate, investment, and academic sectors.

  • Stages: Four stages hosting simultaneous activations.

  • Activations: Engage in over 10 thought-provoking activations.

HCI in a Nutshell: HCI is a pivotal component of the Human Capability Development Program (HCDP), aligned with the Saudi Vision 2030. The program is dedicated to empowering Saudi citizens, enhancing global competitiveness, and shaping a future-ready workforce through a resilient educational base, lifelong learning opportunities, and preparation for evolving labor markets.
