CHANGE

“As a team responsible for Portfolio Innovation, Foresight & Insights within our strategy consultancy, we're far from newcomers to strategic foresight. We've delivered numerous projects in this space. Still, we wanted an outside perspective and a genuine challenge to our approach.

Mathias from ANTICIPATE delivered exactly that. He quickly grasped where we stood and tailored a three-hour session precisely to our level, which quickly resulted in engaged, substantive discussions. He challenged our thinking, shared his expertise, and gave us fresh angles on an approach.

A rare combination: deep expertise and empathy paired with the ability to meet an experienced team at eye level. Highly recommended for anyone looking to sharpen their foresight practice.”

Johanna Schick, Senior Strategy Consultant, diffferent

“The session was very valuable and timely. It was a much-needed component of the strategy process to help us unlock layers of interfaces and navigation through the choices that we are having to make on prioritisation.”

“The Foresight Facilitator course is a really strong starting point if you’re new to foresight, and just as valuable if you want to deepen your practice.

What I liked most is that it goes beyond theory and really puts you into the role of a facilitator, working on real cases, designing your own workshop, and learning by actually doing it. You don’t just leave with tools, but with the confidence to use them, and a network of inspiring people who are on a similar journey.”

“Sharp insights and perspectives presented professionally in a way that resonated with the audience. It was a pleasure to welcome Mathias from ANTICIPATE into a network of experienced and strategically minded leaders who unanimously gained both fresh and thought-provoking perspectives—as well as an awareness of the need to act on them.

Highly and warmly recommended, whether you’re looking for inspiration or positive provocation.”

“We had the pleasure of working with ANTICIPATE during our annual strategy sessions on academic offering and future directions.

Mathias and Søs brought a high level of professionalism and insight, and the tools ANTICIPATE has developed to continuously scan the megatrend horizon proved to be incredibly valuable. It was a true pleasure collaborating with them.”

Manuela Procopio

”Participating in a Circle is a real pleasure – though that’s not to say it doesn’t require energy and presence. Taking part comes with a commitment: being in a confidential space with competent peers where current and strategically important topics are discussed across industries.

The meeting is run with a “firm hand” by Mathias from ANTICIPATE, a highly prepared facilitator, and this format increases the value of the session as the topic is explored and assessed from different sector perspectives. The sparring in a group of 5–6 people ensures that everyone gets a voice and the dynamic is maintained for the benefit of all.

Of course, the outcome depends on your own contribution – but if you do engage, the experience is extremely rewarding. I can fully confirm that.”

CEO, Taulov Dry Port

”The Selling Foresight Masterclass was a great investment. It struck a nerve and met a real need. The session spoke directly to the daily challenges I face, bringing foresight into organisations, and gave language to things I’ve often struggled to explain.

It wasn’t just about tools, but about how we show up, how we position our work, and how we find our own voice. It made me feel less alone and more equipped to advocate for the mindset shift foresight demands.

A smart, timely offering that will stay with me for a long time."

Giulia Wälter

"I really enjoyed joining the ANTICIPATE webinar on selling foresight. As someone working in trends & futures myself, I found their insights on selling foresight projects both practical and inspiring.

What stood out most was the atmosphere they created, bringing together people from the same field, holding space for honest sharing and connection. It’s energizing to experience such openness in our industry."

“A futures rockstar!

What an insightful afternoon with the visionary Mathias Behn Bjørnhof, who took us for a ride in his time machine and taught us, that there is no better time to prepare for the future than right now!

Thanks Mathias for enlightening all of us in how to navigate in a world of continuous changes - and especially for sharing your passion for building better systems that benefit both people and the planet.”

Charlotte Alexandra Pedersen
COO, ConsilioNexus

"The workshop met and exceeded expectations—highly relevant both thematically and in terms of the level of discussion. The facilitation was strong, with well-chosen research examples that felt both practical and thought-provoking.

The exploration of paradoxes, like balancing disruption with local leadership agendas, added valuable depth and reflection at the right moment. It left us motivated and ready to apply these insights within a broader, long-term perspective.

Kudos to ANTICIPATE for delivering such a well-structured session."

Senior Program Manager, CARE

He encouraged us to see new opportunities and gave us practical exercises and questions to spark ideas—both for ourselves and for our work. I left feeling inspired and full of new energy."

“The strategic foresight seminar really opened our eyes. It got us talking and thinking about the future in ways we hadn't considered, poking holes in our usual assumptions. Plus, the insights we gained are going to make a big difference as we plot out our long-term roadmap”
