Founded 50 years ago, the University of Houston’s Foresight Program has established itself as a leader in the study and application of futures thinking. The annual Spring Gathering is a key event for the program, bringing together its community to engage in meaningful dialogue and collaboration.
The 2024 Spring Gathering highlighted the debut of the Futures Activation Lab (FAB) and featured diverse sessions on AI, creativity, human-centered design, and more. Building on this success, the 2025 event aims to celebrate the program’s legacy while charting a course for its future.
