Challenge
Pictet faced the challenge of anticipating how the investment landscape would evolve over the next decade. The COVID-19 pandemic prompted significant shifts in governments' priorities, led companies to adopt new business models, and caused citizens-consumers to reevaluate their needs. In light of these changes, futures scenarios were needed.
Approach
We carried out a Strategic Foresight Process based on scenario planning, creating four plausible scenarios for post-pandemic developments. The entire process was conducted virtually, leveraging technology and expertise. This approach involved in-depth research, data analysis, and strategic thinking.
