The Dubai Future Forum 2023, held on November 27-28 at the Museum of the Future in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, marks the second annual gathering of one of the world's largest assemblies of futurists. Following the success of the inaugural 2022 event, which drew over 1,000 participants and nearly 50 foresight groups, the 2023 edition expanded its reach, attracting over 2,500 participants from nearly 100 countries.

This year's forum is closely aligned with the UAE's hosting of COP28 at the Dubai EXPO site, reflecting a strong emphasis on the theme of Regenerating Nature. Discussions throughout the two-day event focus on climate, food, and nature-related issues, with a particular emphasis on engaging youth and indigenous populations, recognizing their critical roles in shaping sustainable futures.

The forum's comprehensive agenda is structured around four major themes: Transforming Humanity, Regenerating Nature, Empowering Generations, and Transcending Collaboration. Additionally, sessions under the banner of Foresight Insights offer a deep dive into the traditions and methodologies of foresight, exploring innovative approaches and sharing lessons from local governments engaged in foresight activities.
