The Creative Bureaucracy Festival returns to Berlin in 2025, bringing together nearly 2,000 participants from government, politics, civil society, and other change-making organizations to celebrate and rethink public sector innovation. Known as a platform for forward-thinking ideas and transformative solutions, the festival aims to revolutionize the principles, processes, and practices of public institutions.

What to Expect

  • Dynamic Sessions: Over 12 hours of keynotes, lectures, and project presentations from global speakers addressing topics like digital transformation, equality strategies, workforce development, and collaborative action on pressing challenges.

  • Cultural Experience: Music, art, and entertainment will enhance the festival atmosphere, creating a lively space for inspiration and connection.

  • Livestream Access: For those unable to attend in person, key sessions from the Impact Stage will be streamed online for free.
