Anticipatory Governance Conference 2025: From reactive bureaucracy to anticipatory leadership
Dates: May 8-10, 2025
Location: Trento, Italy
Governments worldwide face a critical juncture: the need to transition from reactive bureaucratic systems to adaptive, anticipatory governance structures capable of managing complex and evolving environments. The Anticipatory Governance Conference 2025 will explore innovative approaches, tools, and strategies to address this challenge.

Strategies to adapt legacy systems to manage complexity.
Building anticipatory capacity through leadership, policy coherence, and organizational transformation.
